Adult Ballet I, Saturdays, 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Beginning level ballet instruction which includes leg and arm positions, introduction to barre exercises, vocabulary, center floor practice, and across the floor practice. This level of instruction encourages the growth of proper body alignment, and correct movement execution.
Adult Ballet II, Saturdays, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
This level of ballet technique builds upon the basics learned in Adult Ballet I by including a more complete barre exercise sequence, expanded vocabulary, center, and across-the-floor compositions. Focus continues on proper alignment, and movement execution with emphasis on range of motion and combination retention.
Adult Ballet III, Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
This intermediate/advanced level class is designed for the more experienced dancer. All elements of the previous levels are included with the addition of more complex barre, center, and across the floor exercises including the introduction of longer adagio, petit and grand allegro combinations.
Adult Multi-level Modern Dance, Saturdays, 1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
This dance program focuses on free form movement with a technical foundation. Drawing on Cunningham, Graham, Horton, among other modern dance techniques, the student explores organic movement exercises and compositions with an emphasis on clear articulation, dynamics, rhythm, and the concept of fall and recovery. Students work at their own technical and ability level. Improvisational elements within the program reinforces the students “ownership” of the movement.
Adult Ballet Conditioning, Saturdays, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
This program uses ballet technique exercises to enhance strength and range of motion. The concepts of core conditioning within the structure of ballet technique are made accessible to the dancer and non-dancer alike. No dance experience is required but this program can be useful for persons who are currently taking dance technique programs through the personal development of strength and alignment.
Adult Multi-level Yoga/Pilates, Tuesdays, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
& Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A combination of Vinyasa Yoga (Vinyasa flow) and Pilates core conditioning mat work are placed in combination for a total body work-out. Yoga forms will be modified to achieve maximum range of movement while traditional Pilates mat exercises further connect the student to “working from their core”. Roughly, the first half of the class is a base yoga stretch followed by a yoga form sequence, the second half is Pilates core exercise mat work finishing with a standing form sequence. Tuesday Yoga/Pilates will not be offered in the summer but will return fall '24.
Youth Ballet I, Tuesdays, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

This level of instruction encourages the growth of proper body alignment, and correct movement execution. This program will not be offered in the summer but will return fall '24.
Youth Ballet II, Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
